I purchased a guitar training course as part of a special offer deal. The teaching was actually terrible, and I decided within half an hour to request a refund.
It was granted but only as credits. I would need to purchase another course to make use of the money.
Of course, the special offer expired and the money is now sitting in an account unless I spent an additional £35.

“Udemy needs to improve”
I like they have $10 offers and SOME of the courses are really helpful. Where should I start? Ok, first: MOST of the courses say they teach something but at the end is false because the course content does not match the description. The course videos are very poor, instead of videos some courses put stupid notes about the previous lesson, I have returned 50% of the courses I purchased because they do not meet expectations.
Be careful before purchasing ANY of the courses, first review the course score, then the teacher profile on GitHub if possible, and read the user comments.
